Commando Wednesdays!
Wait, no. I’m quoting the wrong NBC show. I actually meant to quote Heroes, and say, “New Comic Wednesday!”
…Except it’s not that, either. I was hoping for my shiny new Chuck #6, but my local comic book shop says that because of Thanksgiving last week, they won’t have it until tomorrow. Thinking back, only one or two issues of Chuck have been in shops (at least, in my shop) on the Wednesday they were released. The rest have all been delayed a day by holidays.
On an aside, I wish Seth Green and his beard of doom owned/ran my local comic shop, or that the guys that hung around there looked like Breckin Meyer. Just sayin’.
(For the record, I’m not procrastinating my episode post, I’m just having a hard time summing up everything that I loved about Chuck vs. the Sensei. So, so much love!)
